The hotel overlooks Piccadilly Gardens, and is within 5 minutes’ walk of the central shopping area, the financial and commercial districts, and the city’s theatres. The great location makes the hotel a good choice, whether you are exploring the city as a tourist, visiting Manchester on business or attending a conference. The hotel is also a convenient base from which to explore Lancashire, Cheshire and the Lake District.

By road:
exit at junction 19, signed 'Manchester'. This leads to the m56. Follow this road until it becomes the a15103, signposted for Manchester city centre. Go straight over the first roundabout, then turn right at the second set of traffic lights, go through the next set onto Portland Street. The hotel is located at the top of the road on the right hand side
By rail:
From Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station, turn right out of the station. At the second set of lights turn left. The hotel is on the left. (Duration of journey on foot: five minutes).
By air:
from Manchester Airport, take the m602 and follow signs to Central Manchester and then to Piccadilly Gardens.
